5 Easy Steps to a Successful KidsKards Fundraiser

1. Choose an event for your KidsKards fundraiser.

Fundraiser examples include holidays (KidsKards are great for gift giving), anniversaries, scholarship funding, and booster club drives. Create a mission statement or net proceeds statement for your fundraiser. You decide how to promote your own fundraiser with KidsKards.

2. Calculate your fundraising goal.

You can build your profits to fit your fundraising needs with KidsKards. Choose the KidsKards program(s) you want to use: Individual Note Card Packs, Variety Note Card Packs, Jewel Box Calendars and/or a Custom Program. Determine your profitability by setting your own prices.

3. Register your KidsKards fundraiser.

Fill out the Request Form and mail in your $75 deposit check to initiate your KidsKards fundraiser. Be sure to indicate which program(s) you will be participating in.  We will contact you to assist you with your program.

4. Create art and collect orders

Distribute art guidelines to teachers, parents, or leaders who will be helping your kids create the artwork.  Once art is completed, attach labels to back of artwork.  For school programs, send each child’s artwork home with our order form to parents, and then collect completed forms with payment.

5. Place your order.

Organize artwork, consolidate order forms, and obtain your organization’s logo (digital copy preferred:  TIFF or EPS file at least 300 dpi) and mission statement, then send to KidsKards.  We will email you a proof file to review and approve prior to printing.  Once you’ve received your finished order, check your KidsKards packing slip to assure your order is complete, then distribute and see the smiles!
