Here are 6 easy steps to make your fundraiser successful.

1. Choose an event for your Note Card fundraiser. Fundraiser examples include holidays (KidsKards are great for gift giving), anniversaries, scholarship funding, and booster club drives. Plan a mission statement or net proceeds statement for your fundraiser. You design how to promote your fundraiser through KidsKards.

2. Calculate your fundraising goal. You can build your profits to fit your fundraising needs with KidsKards. Determine your profitability by setting your own pricing of KidsKards. Check out the product pages for Note Cards, Calendars and KidsKards Gifts for information and prices to help you decide on which "program" would be a good seller for your organization.

3. Download KidsKards Request Form and mail in your deposit to get your fundraiser started. Visit the KidsKards forms page for order forms, sample parent participation letter, release forms, art labels, and work sheets. Use these helpful tools to organize your fundraiser.

4. Design artwork with full color using your own creativity and paper stock. KidsKards can reproduce almost any form of artwork; watercolors on watercolor paper, paper collage on colorful construction paper, finger paints on standard bond paper, etc.

5. Send artwork (or color copies of your students artwork) home.

Advertise your Note Card fundraiser by creating a poster display with sample KidsKards sent in your information packet. Display your poster in school lobby or at special events. Request more sample Note Cards if needed.

Send home with students the :

• Parent Participation Letter
• Parent Order Forms
• Parent release form
• A return envelope stating the date you need the order form and payment returned.

6. Send KidsKards only artwork which has an order for Note Cards or Calendars. Don't forget to merge your school or organization's database file of student or participant names into our easy ordering Excel Order Form. Just add the age or grade information along with the number of items ordered. (Please double check numbers on art labels against your list.) E-mail the Excel Order Form to info@kidskards.com. Print a copy to send with the artwork. Within 6 weeks, you will receive your printed/ packaged Note Cards for distribution within your organization.

Send your organization’s logo, digital copy preferred: TIFF or EPS file at 300 dpi. If you cannot send your logo via e-mail, please send camera-ready art for KidsKards to scan through postal mail.
