Personal Note Card Order Form
In response to the many requests we've received, we are growing our business to accommodate peronal note card orders. Our note cards feature:
- full-color print of the child’s artwork on the front of the card
- child’s name and age on the back of the card
- high quality, 4”x5½” card stock (#1 grade, acid free, 80# cover stock) using latest digital printing technology
- blank on the inside to allow for your own personalization
- each shrink-wrapped package includes 20 cards with envelopes
