The Excel Order Form is a very important part of the ordering process. It contains all of the information that KidsKards needs to produce the artwork for your order. It also helps keep you organized.

Important tip: your school probably already has a list of the student's names that you can cut and paste into the Excel Order Form. Make sure to check first.

Here are the steps you need to use the Excel Order Form:

1. Download the Excel Order Form: (60KB Excel 97-2002 file)
2. Select Your Program Tab: Across the bottom of this Excel Order Form there are four tabs; Instructions, Note Cards, Variety Note Cards and Calendars. Select the tab to enter information for your programs.
3. Enter your order information: Fill out the information for each student or participant (see the example below). Enter the number of items you wish to order for each participant in the fields provided (the totals row at the bottom of the spreadsheet will automatically give you totals).
4. E-mail: When you have completed the form, e-mail the Excel Order Form to info@kidskards.com
5. Print: Print a copy of the Excel Order Form and include it when you mail your artwork to KidsKards.

Special Instructions for Calendar and Variety Pack Orders

If ordering Variety Packs or Jewel Box Calendars, select the variety pack or calendar tab on the Excel Sheet. When filling out the variety pack or calendar Excel sheet, use same identity number from the art label as used for individual note cards. Variety packs should contain no more than 10 different designs and 12 different designs for the Jewel Box Calendar. (see example below).

How to Add More Rows for Additional Students

1. Select an empty cell above the Totals line with the cursor.*
2. Select Insert > Rows from the Excel menu.
3. Enter an Artist Number for each new row.

* If you select cells from multiple rows, Excel will insert the same number of rows that you have selected.
